He is to be found @ You Tube as well.
He was born in Utrecht, The Netherlands. In 1989, when he was 11 years, he heard Acid House music for the first time. Already soon he wanted to spread the word of House Music, so the 1st thing he did was buying one of those typical Acid-House T-shirts from the 90's with that yellow smiley on it, just to make a statement…During the 90's he joined de 'Gebroeders Dalton' in their radio programme 'De Vrijdag Avondshow' at the 'Rano Ziekenomroep Utrecht' for a while and he could experience what it normally takes to produce a radio-programme. He then functioned as a side-kick and co-host sometimes. Then the first DJ gigs and parties followed. One of the first parties was a Christmas schoolparty in december 1998 in Tivoli in Utrecht. Another one was the 'Wingz Party '98 that took place on friday the 26th of June 1998 @ De Vechtse Banen in Utrecht. Lined up together with him were Close II You, T-Spoon, 2 Brothers on the 4th Floor and DJ Erick E.
In 1998 he joined the Dutch House Mixing Championships. It turned out he made into the finals. In 1998 he was one of the bést House Mixing DJ's of The Netherlands, aged 20… The 29th of May 1999 he organised his own party in Disco Moonlight in Ameide. This party was called 'The Underground Club Party'. Also in this year he played several times in discotheques in Malgrat de Mar in Spain, and a time at a party in a Hotel in Kranska Gora, Slovenija. In 1999 he was playing a few times in Glass Disco (Malgrat de Mar, Spain) together with DJ Jordi, and also he played in Disco Don Juan/Kapital Disco in Malgrat de Mar, Spain).
On sunday the 16th of July 2000 (age 21) he joined the TMF VJ-Screentest at the 'Megafestatie' event in Utrecht. He announced the Urban Nederhop music video clip of the 'Osdorp Posse' with their song 'Origineel Amsterdams' and this screentest was also actually broadcasted on that Music TV channel some time later. On the 6th of August 2000, he met his wife Wendy in Disco 'The Soundmuseum' in Vianen, during the broadcast of TMF's 'Mental Theo on the Road'.
A few weeks earlier he was in the same discotheque when Fedde Le Grand was playing there. He tipped DJ Holy House the record of Silvio Ecomo with the title No Dip, that he played there. The record was bought by him him few days later, not knowing that Fedde would have his big breakthrough a few years later with his record, 'Put Your Hands Up For Detroit'.
In 2001 he started as a radio discjockey with two of his own radio shows. One of those radio-shows was named Powerbeats in the Mix. Some names of DJ's who appeared in his show were: DJ Kevin Ashes, DJ Don Cartel, DJ Repsaj (Jasper de Hoog), DJ Invite (Tim van Paradijs) and DJ Alfred Kunst. He stopped at this radio station on the 15th of november 2003. Every DJ that was performing a live DJ set in his studio, was allowed to leave a signature on the wallpaper of the studio-wall.
In 2001 he played the first time in Disco Tropicana, Malgrat de Mar in Spain, again together with DJ Jordi. The atmosphere in Club Tropicana is great and it is a lot of fun to get in contact with some of the local people that are also visiting this club. The same for the club Dsigual in Santa Susanna (near the mountains) where you can join the craziest party-atmosphere imaginable, with almost 100% of the locals getting out of their mind on the progressive beats mixed by living legend DJ Edgar.
On wednesday the 14th of March 2001, DJ Holy House appeared at Dutch National Television for the 2nd time. He was asked whom he wanted to pay a visit, to have a cup of coffee together. He then told the interviewer dryly he would like to pay DJ Miss Monica a visit to have coffee with her, so she would be given the opportunity to present himself to the viewers as the new Dutch DJ Talent. It seems he was a bit frustrated as he was explaining that he had been very busy DJ-ing for a long time now, and continued saying that 'things were not going forward fast enough"…
At Queensday 2003, the 30th of April in The Netherlands, he played a 2 hour long DJ set, on a stage that was especially situated just at the feet of Utrechts' most famous churchtower, the Domtower. A special historical place.
On the 26th of september 2003, he organised his second, self-organised party. He also organised his first DJ Contest at this same party. This took place in the chambers below the Townhall of Utrecht, also known as Disco-Dancing City-Hall (formerly known as AXL). This party was called 'Party in Progress'. At that time he was the owner of the company Party Order v.o.f. He played with: DJ La Red (Werner Weehuizen), Female DJ Eye-Riz (Iris Idzinga/Nexus Parties) and MC Raw-Jawz. Names of DJ's who joined the DJ contest were DJ Sally Barucha a.k.a. Fedde Ten Berge, (who also won the contest) and also the DJ's: Inscape, Vigo, Vejsil & Maarten, and DJ L. DJ Alwin was one of the three jury members.
He married his wife Wendy on the 25th of April 2005, in Maarssen. The party for relatives and friends was held in 'Het Tolhuis' situated in Amsterdam-North.
During the summer of 2006 (from May until the 30th of October) he was the official resident DJ of Waikiki Pub & Literhouse in Malgrat de Mar in Spain. He was playing 6 days per week. Party people from all over the world came to Waikiki to have their party. There was not any admission fee applicable at Waikiki's. He played there together with DJ José.
In 2014 he made his third TV appearance on a National Dutch TV Channel. The TV show was called 'My 5000 Facebook Friends', by Tim Hoffman. Nice detail: his 10 year old daughter Noa appears as well, wearing a blue t-shirt with a good old yellow House Smiley on it… Coincidence? I think nót so...
On the 1st of December 2012 he starts his own company for the second time, together with his wife Wendy, called 'Feestje Lopik.'. The company is aiming at smaller and medium kind of parties in the region of Lopik and surroundings. Several parties in the area of Lopik are given, audio services are provided, and some DJ work-shops on some local schools were given. For the latest gigs in the Lopik area, please visit the website: http://www.feestjelopik.nl.
In the year 2015 he starts his new company 'Powerbeats Entertainment'. The website is http://www.powerbeatsentertainment.com.
At the moment he is following the master classes & courses in regards to Music Creation & Production at the headquarters of ID&T in Amsterdam (@ www.schoolofhouse.nl). His first Hardstyle and House tracks are now being produced…
