Omdat freek naar 25jaar lang het wel welletjes vind ....En dan ook tijd heeft voor andere dingen

Gelukkig kunnen wij hem aankomende zaterdag weer live horen draaien bij ons eigen feest

Maar 13januari zijn wij natuurlijk ook van de partij....gaan we er met zijn alle een onvergetelijke nacht voor the freak van maken

Zeker weten Jacky,eerst jullie feestje en dan op naar de 13de januari.

Ik hoop alleen dat iedereen ook zijn belofte na komt.....

After a long period I have come to the difficult decision, that after a succesfull career of 25 years as a labelmanager, recordstore and recordcompany owner
producer and DJ to end my music career by the beginning of 2007....

In '88 The Freak started playing at IBIZA and MALLORCA. On his arrival back In Holland he started playing as a resident DJ in a club in The Hague where he played for 9 years together with Randy Katana.
It was here that the idea of making their own records was born and in 1991 he started his own record company called “BPM DANCE” with labels as “Jinx Records” and “2-Play Records”.
In 1996 he produced several big club tracks on his own label “2-Play” including the massive club anthem by Perfect Phase “Horny Horns” and Those 2 “Get Wicked”. His most successful project, “Horny Horns” was in various singles charts all over the world including the UK where it reached the National Single Top 20. It was also chosen to be the best club track of 1999 in Holland.
Freak’s releases in the UK on JINX UK named ‘Addictive’ , “The Melody, The Sound” and “The Bells” were released in the UK in 2003 and reached the UK Single Charts. Also The Freak compiled and mixed his first double album in the UK called "Resonate 2" and this opened more doors for him worldwide.
The Freak’s successful track “Rising Angel” was released on his label 2-Play Records and was in the National Single Charts in The Netherlands for 5 weeks and was having full National airplay. Also was ‘Rising Angel’ to be selected as ‘Dance Smash’ single on National Radio 538.
His singles called 'Bandhar' and 'Above The Clouds' followed.

Since Freak started DJ-ing 25 years ago, he has graced crowds with his unique blend of uplifting trance to Ibiza, Mallorca, Spain, Ireland, UK, Norway, Canada, South Africa, Switzerland, Germany and was resident DJ in the at club XL (Xtralarge) in Amsterdam, Crazyland, Little Sins, Hemkade, S.O.S., UW-XP, Club Dejavu, Erotic Vibe and Unique parties and frequently playing at club Lexion, Mysteryland, Dance Valley,Free Festival, Pleasure Island, Happy Dayzz, Matrixx and many other clubs.

The Freak: "For me it was a very difficult decision, but I have decided to end this wonderfull period at the highlight of my DJ career after 25 years of playing all over the world.
I would like to organise this with all those people who supported me all over these 25 years.
Also with my colleagues whom I worked with the last period will be playing with me on my last gig called ´THE FREAK´S FINAL´.
On this special last gig I would invite all those lovely people and would love to organise a last big blow away party with the most important colleagues if the past period.
The DJ's who will be playing with me on my last gig called 'The Freak's Final' on the 13th of January 2007 at Happy Dayzz venue will be:
Jochem Miller, Spider, Bas & Ram, Randy Katana, Artento Divini, Melvin warning, Eric van Kleef, Jose, G-Spott, MC Pryme and MC UB."

Ja dit is een groot verlies ,vond hem altijd een goede opbouwer voor een feest ,en ook later op de avond kon hij je meevoeren naar hogere sferen ,altijd de perfecte opbouw en daar gaat het om als goede dj.
Ga zeker luisteren naar z,n laatste set die ik goed in me opneem en niet meer los laat

Freek lijkt wel op zijn hoogtepunt te gaan stoppen, wat draaide ie de zaal naar een kookpunt gisteren! (Crazyland New Years Vibe)

dat flikte hij ook in de happy dayzz gister pff wat stond hij te knallen zeg!!

Freek...snik.. heb m'n zakdoek al klaarliggen ... , maar aan de andere kant heel begrijpelijk, wanneer je al zo lang bezig bent. En toch... het bloed kruipt waar het niet gaan kan!!
