The UK were early adopters of the sounds emanating from the US as the beats resonated with a rapidly de-industrialising country and a dissatisfied youth, seeking new means of self expression. Initially with the acid house movement this paved the way for a new uniquely British take on techno to emerge.
This week's Further will see Bone go deep on the UK Techno scene and the artists that sprung forth to put their own indelible mark on the movement.
Further sees Bone curating a series of weekly, intimate shows which will be diverse from what you would normally experience in the club. Taking the form of talks, audio visual shows and listening experiences - each will be completely unique - with shows taking place each Saturday. They will be documented for release to online at a later date, but for those attending the limited capacity event will get the full personalized experience.
