Brussels based designer and art director, Kurt Broken is also a versatile deejay, always digging for missing beats, unknown records, underground classics or unreleased tracks from the old to the new.
Born in Paris in 1983, he was raised with the Hip-Hop culture and got his first pair of turntables in 1997.
After several mixtapes and few live shows alongside underground rap artists, he has been developing his deejay skills and started to build his sets with various music styles from afrobeat, jazz, house music, funk, broken beat to psych rock, always looking for different type of groove.
Deejay alongside GREMS and Ichon, Kurt Broken has also shared the stages with LEFTO, Al Dobson Jr, Nick V, Lexis, Voyage Funktastique, Night Drugs, Solo, Dabeull, Chief, Monomite or Freddie Joachim to name a few.

Since 2016, he has released projects on West Coast labels HRS., he's part of a compilation for UKNOWY and did a few releases with his label Cosmic Pop Records.
He Bringing us lo-fi jazzy beats on top of the most ratchet early 2000's vintage rap acapella. Equipped with good influences and effective technique, Peter Clinton. is an artist to follow.
