To mark the 500th edition of his iconic White Noise radio show, Dave Clarke returns to Dublin to record this very special event for broadcast on RTE. Known as The Baron Of techno, a moniker given to him by renowned BBC Radio DJ John Peel, Dave Clarke now broadcasts his iconic White Noise radio show on 62 stations in 28 countries.

Casting a light on aspiring producers he discovers in his Soundcloud Dropbox alongside more established artists, the show enables Dave to build a stong association with his global techno fans.

'500 episodes is a special moment so the only place to do it justice would be the spritual home of White Noise, Dublin.' says Dave Clarke.

'I have been doing radio for so many years on and off, I started on Brighton's "Festival Radio' back in the 90's and learnt a lot from there, I was asked to do a stint covering Annie Nightingale on BBC 1 for 3 months and then did my "technology' show for four years at the very beginning of internet broadcasting (although it was also broadcast on FM) but this WN 500 has just crept up and made me realise that it has almost been ten years of broadcasting and that I have complete freedom to play music I believe in and then I take it in that is on over 80 stations worldwide. So I would like to thank the stations for believing in me over the years (including the VPRO) and RTE for always being there pushing forward the boundaries and broadcasting such an uncompromising show. I would also like to thank all the artists who send me the music and keep the true spirit alive in this commercial world.'


Talking about Cleavage here, uprising DJ/productional duo that's been creating a stir since it launched itself into the Dutch capital's underground club scene. This was only two years ago, kicking things off with their debut single 'My Body', a piece of house music you'd consider an instant classic, drenched in funk and soul, timeless in sound and vibe. It turned out a huge summer hit in the Dutch lowlands, and as Cleavage became a welcome DJ act in and outside its national borders, their follow-up single 'Prove' caught the same wave.

The female vocals and rhythmic chords on this track underlined the duo's love for classic Chicago and Detroit sounds, and got support by a unique range of DJs, from Joris Voorn to Tiësto, from Oliver Heldens to Bakermat -proving things were only getting better.

And, well, that's surely the case now Cleavage returns with its third single, the already much acclaimed 'Can't Get Enough', released on renowned imprint Spinnin' Deep. It's the sweet vocal house we got to know from the duo, including some highly addictive organ chords, making this one of those house records you, eh, can't get enough of..

It's a dream debut taking place today as Amsterdam duo Kris Kross Amsterdam has released its very first, already widely acclaimed single: 'Until The Morning'.

The title actually says it all, referring to the early days of Kris Kross Amsterdam, starting out as a highly successful, monthly Soldout party in the Dutch capital. It was a crazy affair, conceived by brothers Jordy and Sander Huisman, who thought the Amsterdam club scene could use a bit more diverse and crazy music nights. The name of the party was a deliberate nod to the 90s rap duo, as sort of a tribute to that infamous party Decade, although the music at Kris Kross Amsterdam went into every direction.

Exploring genres from R&B, hip hop, funk, soul, house and trap music, the Kris Kross Amsterdam party developed into sold-out events at the biggest clubs in Amsterdam. From then on, things turned even better. Last year saw Yuki Kempees join as MC, turning the group in a same-named stage act, while also introducing a clothing line and, now, productional team.

As they worked together with CHOCO, 'Until The Morning' is exactly the tune you'd expect from these Amsterdam tastemakers. Blending R&B and soul with heavy electronics and cool trap elements, it's a record that works on multiple levels. Which was immediately acknowledged by DJs like David Guetta, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Afrojack, R3HAB and Zeds Dead, who all featured the track in their radio shows.



W&W's nieuwe single 'The One' is vandaag officieel uitgebracht via Mainstage Music, sub label van het label van Armin van Buuren: Armada Music. De single bevat een vocal sample van mega hit 'How Will I Know' en is een eerbetoon aan zangeres Whitney Houston.

'How Will I Know' was Whitney Houston's tweede nummer 1-hit in de Billboard Hot 100 en zette de toon voor nog eens vijf achtereenvolgende topnoteringen in de lijst. De familie van de Amerikaanse zangeres – Whitney Houston overleed op 11 februari 2012 – heeft officieel toestemming gegeven voor het gebruik van de sample voor 'The One'.

W&W: "We zijn erg blij met de kans om de vocal sample te mogen gebruiken. Het is hierdoor een erg speciale plaat voor ons geworden en de sample werkt ook uitstekend samen met de melodielijnen in de track. We hebben 'The One' de afgelopen maanden al veel gedraaid tijdens onze shows in clubs en op grote festivals en we zijn erg trots dat we deze single nu wereldwijd kunnen lanceren."




Guaranteed to get holidaymakers going gaga at the departure gate, acclaimed international singer-songwriter Yoav and Dutch dancefloor spirtualizer Funkerman collude for a deluxe remix swathed in sunshine. Knowing each other's game from 2007's 'Club Thing', last year's Ibiza-coloured 'Dopamine' is fully converted into a true stimulation of the senses.

Clicking into gear with a firm bass ignition, chord changes quietly go about raising hairs on the back of necks. It took a few months, but today Bougenvilla has decided to give away its much awaited new single 'Kaya'.
After the Dutch duo produced this track (naming it after their dog, always there with them in the studio), it was immediately supported by Oliver Heldens in his radio show. After that, Bougenvilla received loads of requests for an official release. Now, because of this huge response, the duo has decided to give it away for free!
