Step One: Getting Here
Public Transport 🚌 🚆 🚲
We strongly recommend using public transport to get to the Surfana Festival. Not only is it an eco-friendly option, but it also helps you avoid the hassle of parking.
Take the train to either Haarlem CS or Zandvoort aan Zee.
From the train station, rent an OV Bike or catch bus 81 for a short ride to the bus stop called De Lakens.
Please note that there are no night buses available. The last bus towards Haarlem departs on weekdays at 00:00 and at 00:30 on weekends.

Parking
Please be aware of the following parking information:
There is no parking, at all at or on the festival location, only a kiss and ride.
You can only use the kiss & ride area at campsite reception to drop off camping gear, but you cannot leave your car unattended.
You’ll need to park your car in another location and get back to the festival. Tip: get the driver a nice drink, so they won't mind the extra effort!

what to pack?! Dont forget to bring....
Even though we're expecting a nice and hot weekend, please bring some cozy jumpers because the nights can be cool.
A reusable water bottle as sustainability is at the heart of our festival. Bottles can be filled with drinking water in the campsite ablution blocks.
Avoid bringing plastic packaging.
Please leave your furry friends at home, even your hamster.
No open fires allowed; only small camping gas is permitted.
Wooden pegs work better in the sand than steel ones.
Eco-friendly Sunscreen & Sunglasses
We are a cashless event Don't bring cash; remember to bring your pinpass.
If you pre-ordered merch, collect it at the merch stand on the festival terrain, you can also buy merch here. If you don't collect it at the merch stand, shipping costs will be charged.

🤩🥳 We're getting close to the festival, so here's some important information:
Accreditation: Remember not to print your ticket to save apaper and ink. Download your mobile ticket!
To get your wristband, visit the reception of Camping De Lakens.
Opening times of the entrance gate are as follows:
*Thursday: 16:00 - 21:00
*Friday: 9:00 - 21:00
*Saturday: 9:00 - 21:00
*Sunday: 9:00 - 21:00
If you have booked accommodation in a sheddie or Bluecamp tent, check in at the respective receptions once you have your festival wristband.
To navigate the festival, we suggest downloading the festival map to your phone.

*Friday 12:00 - 00:00
*Saturday 10:00 - 00:00
*Sunday 10:00 - 23:00
Clinic Booking info:
Check the location of your clinic in the confirmation mail you'll receive on the day before your clinic.
Download the map now so you can easily find your location. If you need help, please check the info point at Surfana or the info & merch stand at the festival.
We do recommend pre-booking your clinic to avoid disappointment.
Some clinics cost a fee, some are only on at very limited times and some are walk in and free!
You can also book on-site from our Merch + Info Stand or the Surfana Info point.
Music update:
The super awesome Eva Van Manen will replace Ukhoikhoi who sadly had to cancel. The Dutch artist Eva van Manen moves between the seams of many different disciplines and worlds. Eva bridges styles such as rap, electronica and guitar pop with a fluid, personal angle. She does not only produce, write and perform, but also co-founded rosetta. with fellow producer Josephine Zwaan. A platform for and by female and gender non-conforming music producers in The Netherlands.
