Sous Dubois

Sous Dubois is a DJ/producer within electronic music and he is born and raised in the south side of Amsterdam that began his DJ career in 2015.

As a young kid, he was influenced by various sounds such as Acid, Disco, Hardcore, Hip-hop, House, Rai, R&B, and Reggae it was during the era of cassettes and radio. When he heard Joey Beltram's Energy flash during the 90s on the radio for the very first time he was "blown away" and thought: "I don know what the hell this is but it's freakin awesome!"Sous is one of the most hardest working and driven DJs out there with an untamed desire to accomplish his
mission

He is also a real digger where puts allot of effort in finding hidden gems,
this is an ongoing weekly process that became a routine over the years.
When he started as DJ he was always silently and unnoticeably working hard
on the background by developing his DJ craft in March 2015 Sous started
with is own radio show at Amsterdams Most Wanted FM with a simple but all
saying name: Sous on Fridays the Weekendmix.

It's a weekly show on Friday night from 22:00-00:00 CET and contains live
DJ sets only and is broadcasted online via Facebook Live and every now and
then there National or International Guest DJs.

He became an on-air personality and his show is listened in more than 150
countries and over the years he managed to build a solid following of
listeners. In 2016 he participated within the infamous TWSTD DJ Contest
that lasted one year long and he made it until the semi-finals with the
last best ten DJs.

This was a very important year for Sous to gain experience but also in
order to develop himself as fast as possible, and what helped allot was
getting detailed feedback from known industry professionals.
During the contest, he played in many local Amsterdam clubs and earned his
stripes as a newcomer within the Amsterdam scene.

His sound is balancing between a mixture of "Techno" and "Rave" with an old
school House edge that compliments his overall hypnotic and rhythmic Techno
sound. He is always taking the audience on a journey by introducing the
crowd into his world therefor Sous is renowned for his big smile and his
energetic vibe but most of all his electrifying connection with the crowd.
His sets are diverse and it also depends on which slot he is performing of
course but most importantly he plays the right tracks at the right time and
before you know it he sets the dancefloor on fire.

Sous is distinguishing his self from the rest where you can feel, see, and
hear that his musical taste and performances are different, but most of all
he is constantly giving 100% effortlessly and he always delivers! ADE
2016/17/18/19/20/21, Akhnaton, Amnesia Haze Barcelona (ESP), Chicago Social
Club, Club Atelier, Club NL, John Doe, De Jungle, Elephant Du Congo, Krane,
NDSM Sessions, Panama Amsterdam, Sugar Factory, Solar Festival (2016) The
Lab (Turkey) and many illegal raves in the Netherlands and Barcelona.
As mentioned above there are some locations where he shared his enthusiasm
and skills over the years.
