Francklin McKoy

Francklin McKoy was born in Amsterdam on the 20th of May 1982. Already then it was clear that his link to music was destined to be. He encountered the vinyl in an early stage and took the full capacity of the record player witch was in the house. Often a song came by on the television which he already has had in his collection. By means of timing he tried to play the song simultaneously or blend it in. This effort resulted in when reaching the age of twelve he became technical assistant at several radio shows. After six months of technical assisting his dedication and curiosity has given him his own radio show(s).

Francklin transferred at the age of 18 from radio to the clubs and organized & played at several national & international parties. He got good results out of his hard work and started playing live for the Amsterdam local television on a local basis.

It was already known in the clubs but Francklin permanently transferred from playing Urban to Housemusic.

From there on he started producing & hooked up with a friend who learned him the tricks of creating beats. Francklin produced a powerfull first track named 'Release Me' & got a very positive response when he played it in the clubs. Next to Release Me, there are many tracks lined up waitin to be released.
