Biografie
The Rick Nolov Band was founded in 1981 under the name Ritchie and the Loosers. Today the band still has its original line-up, with Rick Nolov (guitar and vocals), Stijn Nolov (Bass and vocals) and Hans Keuls (Drums).
In 1981 a band named Ritchie and the Loosers set off conquering the clubs and festivals in the Netherlands with a mix of Ska, New Wave and Reggae music. By 1984 their name had changed into Rick Nolov Band. Today the band still has its original line-up, with Rick Nolov (guitar and vocals), Stijn Nolov (Bass and vocals) and Hans Keuls (Drums). On August 24, 2013, the Rick Nolov Band will perform at Pinkpop Classic in Landgraaf, Netherlands, and for that occasion several surpising musical guests will join: Mark Huynen (trumpet), Mylène Schrijen (Saxophone), Sammy Huijts (guitar, bass), Kiki Abels (guitar), Pieter Vermeulen (guitar) and Kristy Hollands (percussion)
