Christine Renée is a music curator and selector at large who journeys through sound systems in the NY area with a roster of colleagues garnered from a world she stepped into two decades ago when she moved to NY from Austin TX.
She holds a four year and running, bi-weekly residency at the Lot Radio where she is known for her musical fluidity and thematic, pop-up booth installations.
As former Curator at Large for public records she established the hi-fi bar's residency program known for its heady selectors and vibrant spirit.
Her freelance curations are a product of her approach to music as a researcher, selector, collaborator and producer fostering a rich community that crosses generational and cultural lines.
