Declan James

Declan James a Scottish-American electronic music producer and DJ.

Declan began producing electronic music in his bedroom studio at age 15, where he quickly found success in the Progressive music world. He would see support on his early productions from A List DJs including Porter Robinson, Above & Beyond, and Armin Van Buuren all before the age of 18. Alongside a vast array of DJ Support, Declan would sign with some of the biggest labels in the industry, including Armada, Monstercat, and Black Hole Recordings.

In 2019, Declan revitalized his sound and introduced his unique sonic aesthetic known as "Surrealist Techno", synthesizing elements of film score, old-skool rave music, and IDM with the sensibilities of traditional Techno music in a seamless fashion.

Now, with a clear aesthetic vision and millions of online streams already under his belt, Declan James' imminent takeover of the underground & the mainstage is clear for all to see.
