Swedish guy from Örebro, born in 1978, with a passion for electronic music since around 1991, when L.A. Style's 'James Brown is dead" hit the radio.
Was a dedicated collector of the Techno Trax, Thunderdome and Ravermeister CD-series, among others, in the 90s.
And every Wednesday in the late 90s I sat glued on the floor and listened to the swedish radiotalker Calle Dernulf and his show 'P3 Dans".
I even recorded the tracks on CD-R.
In late 1998 I bought my first DJ-equipment, a Denon DN2500F double CD-player.
In 2016 I made my comeback to DJ'ing, after 15 years absence.
I have missed it a lot!
My mixing equipment right now is really 'basic" - a Numark Mixdeck Express.
Everything is made manually, like cuepoints and pitchbends, and I make the effects thru the tonecontrols and playing with the crossfade.
So no sync buttons or whatever.
Maybe I am a little bit oldschool, but I like the feeling of pitchbending with the big wheel, just like vinyl!
