MVDZ is short for 'Ministerie Van Duistere Zaken', which in English translates into Ministry Of Dark Affairs. It is the brainchild of Lucien Foort who has made his entry into the Electronic scene way back in 1991 when the world got a taste of rave anthem 'Quadrophonia' which he produced with Oliver Abbeloos.
The label's name leaves nothing to the imagination. The music is best describes as yesterdays flavour with tomorrow's philosophy. Serious beats, grooves and melodies that serve all sences, whether it be feet or mind! And always with a strong hint to the analog world.
