Biografie
Ever since he could remember, this DJ has been busy with music. It all started at the age of 12, when he saved enough money to buy the equipment necessary to start his own 'drive-in show'. When he reached the age of 16, he started going out to local bars and clubs with his friends, and got introduced to a whole different aspect of the music business. Ever since that moment, he knew that he also wanted to become a DJ. After saving money for a while, he had enough to buy his own turntables and a couple of records.
Two months later he was asked to play at the biggest fair of the Benelux: Tilburgse Kermis, which yearly attracts more than a million visitors. At the same time he found a job as light jockey at the legendary Club X. Although he appreciated and enjoyed his job to the fullest, he still had ambitions to become a DJ. His wish was finally granted when he got the chance to show his skills at his own Club X stage.
From that point, he started to play much more and performed with almost every big name in the hardcore scene. When he showed his skills to a bigger audience, he started to get in contact with other people and clubs.
Nowadays, his DJ career has really been launched. He played at the biggest events like:
Masters of Hardcore, Dominator, Megarave, Hellraiser, Hardcore Gladiators, Mindcontroller, Hardcore4life, Slaves to the Rave, Club X and many more...
Besides his performances in his home country, DJ Only's popularity crossed borders. He also played in countries like:
Switzerland, Spain, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Turkey, Germany and Belgium.
Like many other artists in hardcore, This DJ is also attracted to playing his own tracks. That's why he started producing records in 2006. His first track ( a collaboration with Syndrom on Asbest Records) "Intimidation" was received well and got played by many DJ's. He liked spending time in the studio and bought some equipment himself. After two years of experimenting, his producing skills are reaching the level he wants to. There are some big things coming up…
