With the PRIDE weekender we are inviting "the little Solomun" or on his artist name : Ben Fhurst

Ben Fhurst is co-owner and manager of Lucky Life Music, being responsible for the musical direction of the label, finding new talent and managing the day to day running of the business. Ben hails from Perth, Western Australia and started DJ-ing in 1999.
Ben lived in #London for ten years presenting a weekly show on World Dance FM and racked up many an hour on the London #DJ circuit. He became a resident for Lucky Life in 2008 and has played at almost every Lucky Life Party since, including sets at #Pacha London, #MinistryofSound and the #SW4 Official Afterparty.
During 2013, Ben had an epiphany on a boat party in Ibiza. This resulted in him quitting his job and waving goodbye to the corporate world. He moved to Ibiza at the start of 2014 and started the Lucky Life Music label.
Both Ben and the label had an unbelievable first summer season in Ibiza. The label was launched on the 5 Star Catamaran and held events at Space Ibiza, Pikes Hotel and secret Villa locations. Lucky Life Music has since run annual parties at Pacha Ibiza, Pikes Hotel, Gigalum in London and a boat party in Amsterdam for Kings Day amongst other events. Lucky Life Music continues to grow with more than 18 artists signed and Ben’s debut release “35” also featured on the first of the Lucky Nights series from Lucky Life Music. Most recently in Ibiza, Ben and Lucky Life Music are holding down a residency for Cirque de la Nuit Ibiza on their crazy summer 2019 boat parties. Ben also presents the Lucky Life Music show once a month.
Ben’s DJ sets are a lot like his personality, full of energy, sometimes sinister and deep but always loud. Ben knows how to party and has a presence that sees him bouncing, sweating and generally going nuts behind the decks as he delivers sets combining raw energy with subtle changes in direction and groove. Not too hung up genres, Ben is continually looking for new sounds and new ways to deliver them to the dancefloor, with groove and flow being at the centre of everything.
