Pigmalião is the result of the artist Daniel Lucas on merging Latin American regional and roots references, timbers and textures with specific sounds from other parts of the world mostly related to the historical exchanges throughout the American territory. Pigmalião is the materialization of the reference acquis from the label Frente Bolivarista and remains in constant transformation alongside the label release narrative.
Felix Tapes travelled through South America a lot. Just listening to his sets and productions tells you how much the rhythms and grooves from these continents inspired him to create his own style. From Nigerian funk to Amazon tribe music, everything is possible

Simon is a curious music digger currently based in Amsterdam. His life revolves around music: in daytime, he writes Danish songs for his ambient solo project - at night he likes to make people dance to warm tunes from Japan, Norway and anywhere between.
