Why did you choose "Daybreak" as the title of your single?
The song is titled "Daybreak" as it captures the fleeting moment when the night's darkness dissipates, and the first rays of light peek through the horizon. It's a symbol of new beginnings, of hope, and the possibility of a better tomorrow. But it is also a reminder of the bittersweet feeling of endings and the fleeting nature of time. This liminal space between night and day, between the past and the future, is where the song finds its inspiration, and its melancholic tone reflects this duality of emotions.
How did you start your music career?
My music career began when I was 17, experimenting with electronic dance music and honing my production skills. As I reached the age of 19, I began to discover the underground music scene and was immediately drawn to the diversity and creativity of the underground genres. This opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me and I started to incorporate these experimental sounds into my own music. It's in the underground scene where I found my true artistic voice and my sound started to take shape. The freedom and open-mindedness of the underground scene has allowed me to truly push the boundaries of what is possible in music and has been a major influence on my development as an artist.
What can we expect for 2023?
In 2023, you can expect to see more of my music as I have become more confident in my sound and have a clearer vision for my art. I am planning to release a new EP that showcases this development, and also planning to put on a special DJ set featuring 100% of my own music which will give the audience a deeper dive into my sound and vision. Additionally, I'm hoping to collaborate with other artist to bring new elements to my music and give new life to my sound. Overall, I am very excited to share more of my music and to continue growing as an artist.
