Bruni

Somewhere around the year 2000, Bruni discovered electronic music on a radioshow. Very intrigued by this sound he got more and more into it. He started a journey trough different styles of music, from straight techno, old skool house and even drum & bass to the more minimalistic and deep house stuff.He loved the repetitive rhytms and sounds he didn't found in other music. A few years later – when he had visited some clubs - he bought turntables with a friend and learned how to mix. After a year or so he was asked to play at The Zoo, Hasselt and some small underground parties. In 2008 he organized Kult, a small houseparty in Hasselt.
It was in this time that he met his partners in crime Koen, Pjay, Bart & Wolters. Together they started a new concept 'Kontrast'.
Bruni likes deep, minimalistic but always driving sounds. Always dancefloor orientated. With influences from deejays/labels/clubs like: Ricardo villalobos, Zip, Arpiar, Akufen, Cassy, Dj Sneak, Perlon, Sunwaves Festival, Jay Haze, Robert Johnson, Fuse Club, Masomenos, Club Silo and all good techno, house and great music that's out there…
