Biografie
Martijn, born in '79 and grew up with lots of different music in his life.
Very influenced on his parents vinyl collection like Pink Floyd, Beatles, Kraftwerk en classic music.
In '89 he picked up this "New Music" on a english broadcasting channel: acid/warehouse, and instantly hooked, he started his journey in search for more. From 93' till 97' he visited lots of different party's. Untill the electronic music in 97' lost his attention.
In '02 he visited the legendary Hotkitchen sequence of "Caves of Joy" party's in the marlcaves of Kanne (Belgium) and re-discovered Techno.
He experienced endless sound(e)scapes build of massive tracks that are constantly searching to reach a sudden climax, and is totally stripped down from the commercial rumour that lost his attention in '97. Everything falls into place.
In '06 Martijn bought himself a pair of turntables and a crate of vinyl and starts spinning.
With the weekly discovery of new records, it's a expansive thing and there for he quit spinning in 08'.
Because of the electronic music virus that keeps calling he decided to switch to Traktor in '11 and starts spinning different styles as KrecDeux. From '12 untill now he plays Techno as Martijn Klang.
His classmark of spinning is a pounding and in waves coming one of unknown records next to establishment. Always in search for that underground feeling, experienced in the Caves...
