Biografie
It was at the age of 15 that Wouter, formerly known as scoote, was given a set of turntables and began working as a regional dj. Years passed by ,banging tunes at parties and events, when he decided to create his new and refreshed alter ego Steamboat Bill. Never losing sight of his passion for electronic music, he will keep bringing you energetic techno music with some house/ Nu- disco on top of it.
