COVID SAFE EVENT PROTOCOL

In order to ensure a maximum rave experience without masks and social distancing we follow the Covid Safe Protocol:

Visitors living in Belgium can enter by presenting their QR-code in the CovidSafeBE-app proving that they are either:

++ FULLY VACCINATED- 14 days prior to the event - every visitor that has been vaccinated on the 29nd of October or earlier will be granted access
++ NEGATIVE TEST PCR – it can take up to 24 hours to receive your result - valid day of test + 2 days
++ NEGATIVE TEST: rapid antigen test - this test must be taken by a doctor or pharmacist – it can take up to 2 hours to appear in your app - valid day of test + 1 day
++ RECOVERY CERTIFICATE: in possession of a recovery certificate - printed versions are allowed

IMPORTANT:

- There is no testing available at the event, so be sure to plan your tests in advance.

- For our international guests, including the UK and Swiss, we want to emphasize that any European digital covid certificate is valid. If you are allowed to travel with your QR-code, you will be granted access to the event with the same QR-code code as well.

- The COVID-ghost is still threatening our life, culture and scene and has not disappeared yet with scary predictions of a 4th Wave coming at us.
As we do never want to return to those dark 2019 - 2020 winters, we ask you to contribute as much as possible to the prevention of spreading this horrible virus:
- Please wear your masks until you have entered the venue and scanned your CST.
- Please keep distance before you have entered, there is not need to cue close to each other
- We will put as much as possible antigenic-gel, please use it!
- We have also decided to limit the amount of tickets.

- Rave Alert x Voxnox is a SAFE SPACE, therefore any aggression, touching, groping or phobic, racist, sexist, or other stupid and unwanted behavior will result in immediate exclusion of the event.
If you feel unsafe, or unwell, or you have the feeling someone else needs help, please do not hesitate to address one of our "Sfeerbeheer" staff (or any other member of staff), who are present inside or at the door and can be recognized by there purple jackets.

- Please keep your phone in your pocket, a safe space is a place where people can have fun and be themself without having to fear to be photographed without consent.

- A prevention stand is provided, if you have any questions, or feel unwell, do not hesitate to visit them
