De Mega Record & CD Fair is na een paar moeilijke jaren nog steeds een internationaal begrip. Dat blijkt wel uit de animo die er nog volop is voor het evenement. Ondanks coronaregels, een noodgedwongen afgelasting in november, en een oorlog in Europa, blijven standhouders vanuit alle hoeken van de wereld naar de platenbeurs reizen. Vanaf nu niet meer naar Jaarbeurs Utrecht, maar naar de Brabanthallen van 's-Hertogenbosch waar de platenbeurs zich uitstrekt over nog meer vierkante meters.
De door ARC (RecordPlanet) georganiseerde Mega Record & CD Fair gaat verhuizen van Jaarbeurs Utrecht naar de Brabanthallen 's-Hertogenbosch. Op 8, 9 en 10 april 2022 zal de grootste platenbeurs ter wereld plaatsvinden in de hoofdstad van Noord-Brabant. Afgelopen vrijdagmiddag 28 januari bezegelden Cas Bosland (tezamen met Marjolein Lubbers oprichters en ex-eigenaren van RecordPlanet) en Jeroen Dona (directeur Brabanthallen) de samenwerking.

We have dealers from all corners of the world, coming from as far as South Africa, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Ukraine and every European country. Together they fill 16,600 square metres. The genres on sale across an area the size of nearly two football fields vary in equal amount. Krautrock, Speed metal, Prog. Nederbeat, South African jazz, Cape Verde folk, you name it. If there’s a record you’re looking for chances are it’s here in one of our 550 stalls. We are the world's undisputed largest record fair with an unprecedented number of visitors.
But RecordPlanet is more than just the biggest record fair in the world. It’s a place where people meet, connect and share their love and passion for music and vinyl, we feature exhibitions, autograph and listening sessions, book presentations and live performances.
We are a Vinyl Walhalla. This is holy ground. And yes, you may kiss the floor 😉.

Buy your ticket in the online pre-sale and save money and time by not having to stand in line at the cash desk. Children up to and including 12 years old have free access.
Don't forget to bring enough cash because many exhibitors don't have a payment terminal.
