His vibe: Dutch with a touch, a grooving & thumping sound that guarantees to get you moving - on and off the dance floor. Mixing classic house with that funky rhythm, his focus is on always creating a thriving party atmosphere that has manifested into a movement of its own: Qlub.
The years have seen him rising fast with sets at Burning Man, BPM Festival, Sisyphos, Shelter, Mysteryland, Strafwerk Festival, and much more.
During the pandemic era, Maqossa wanted to create something special, so from one illegal photo studio party came the birth of his own record label and event series that he had to name after the explosive movement. Now with his festival, club nights that have featured heavy hitters such as Archie Hamilton and Richy Ahmed, and a record label all under the Qlub umbrella, this explorative adventure has grown into something special.
