After his successful debut as dancer and choreographer Bruce Blanchard founded 'B.O.S.S.TEAM' with the goal of creating a team of dancers with exceptional artistic qualities, non-comparable with other teams. His goal was to focus not only on dance, but also on its creation, scene setting, organization and directing. He worked in advertising, fashion, television and live tours.
