Biografie
Marvy is a versatile DJ and producer, well-versed in everything from electronic (House, Bass, Tech) to urban music (Hip-Hop, Soul, Funk) to the classics (Oldies, Jazz). He is also an experienced audio engineer that has done work for music labels like Subpop.
In 2007, he co-founded Booty Call Records, as "Marvy Da Pimp". He's organized 5 years of unforgettable parties at his residencies in Paris with Rex Club, Nouveau Casino, Batofar and Social Club, inviting many quality international artists to the Parisian stage, even before they got famous. The first time Major Lazer and Congorock played in Paris was at a Booty Call Party.
Marvy has performed in Europe, the US and Canada, sharing the stage with: Armand Van Helden, Bart B More, Benga, Blackstarr, Crookers, Dave Nada, Dillon Francis, Diplo, DJ Craze, DJ Klever, DJ Funk, DJ Godfather, DJ Rashad, DJ Spinn, Egyptian Lover, Fatboy Slim, Jack Beats, Laidback Luke, Nadastrom, RZA, Sinden, Sinjin Hawke, Tricky, and many more.
