Biografie
It all started in 2003, it was slammin vinyl at the mighty Sanctuary, Milton Keynes. As usual they had taken over all 3 arenas my friend and old sparring partner DJ Kyx convinced me to join him and a load of others to go to my first proper rave. I was 17 and had no idea what I was going to. Safe to say I've never looked back. I fell in love with the sheer size of the place and the how loud the music was. It was just insane! Everybody was moving with energy and EVERYONE was enjoying themselves. No attitude what so ever just good vibes.
I had been to a few Grime nights at Cabana club in Bedford, with such artists as Wiley, dizzy rascal, Kano. I had been dj'ing old skool garage at the time and mc'ing wasn't even a thing for me. But from the first DnB rave I took more notice of the MC's and thought "that's what I wanna do". I had grown up listening to the likes of Det, IC3, Eksman, Skibbadee an Shabba D wo when I started to establish myself as an MC I took influence from them.
Fast forward a good 10 years now, after taking a break from music I returned back to the game 5 years ago and I'm following my dream. I've played some of the most established nights in the UK and overseas. Getting residencies for Breakin Science, DnB Collective, Bass Collective and Time is Now, as well as regular bookings at Switch in Vienna, have been just a few of the highlights so far. I've worked with artists such as IC3, DJ Phantasy, Serial Killers that I grew up listen to and idolizing. I think going b2b with IC3 is definitely the proudest moment of my career so far. I would stand right at the front of a rave just to watch him when I was a teenager. Music has definitely started gaining momentum recently and I'm really excited to know what the future holds. I am MCing for Canista, one of the best young DnB dj/producers out there and I am signed to what I would regard as the best up and coming agency/management company in the game right now. The future is definitely looking bright now.
