Rebecca

Rebecca is from Sydney, Australia. She has been professionally singing for over 20 years. Inspired to write music from a young age, she discovered and developed her talent at singing lessons from the age of 12.
Rebecca writes house, soulful house, chill out and meditation music. She has a highly emotive vocal sound, with catchy hooks and beautiful melodies. She is a passionate vocalist that drips with emotion and fire, allowing the audience to immediately connect to her and the song. She has a soulful voice that conveys a connection between the heart and voice. Rebecca's sound is highly emotive, executing catchy riffs, a tuned with the beautiful melodies she writes.
Her first release was on 12" white label vinyl in 2001. Produced by Richard Earnshaw, 'Everybody Get on your Feetʼ was played by MOS resident
DJ Jeremy B, in Pacha and Space, Ibiza. That led her to her first record deal with Delirious Records. These long term connections have literally inspired Rebecca to keep moving forward, trusting her natural talent and the musical family that just keeps growing and evolving. Being part of a musical community that supports each other, knowing there is enough light for all that have the persistence to not give up!
In 2004 Rebecca's duo, Bubkiss won best R&B at the Newcastle Music Awards with 'You Got A Feeling'. In 2005 Bubkiss had their track 'Love Lift Me Upʼ featured number 3 on the official Miami Winter Music Conference compilation CD.
Rebecca has been signed by Audio Honey, Soulful Evolution Records, Birkin Records, Sequential Records, My Wife Records, Fidget Music, Blacksoul Music and Purple Music.
She has recently teamed up with grammy nominated artist Eddie Amador, with record label Fidget Music. Their first release was in June, called 'Fly Away Loverʼ and reached the top 10 on the UK Upfront & Loaded Charts in August.
Rebecca has collaborated Stanny Abram, Rob Hayes, Frankstar, Jorge Araujo, Eric Faria, Jorge Faria, Daniele Baldi, Mack Bango, Tom Chubb, Chris Woods and Peppe Santangelo.
Her other releases this year, have caught the attention of the European music scene with tracks 'Countdown', 'Universe' and 'Move On' being charted on Traxsource and played on radio stations worldwide.
Rebecca and Stanny Abram released on Blacksoul Music, 'With A Little Love' in May. It was charted on the Traxsource Essential Soulful House Charts and was also featured on Mix Mag
Rebecca has recently performed at Savannah sunset bar (Sweet Cheeks) San Antonio Ibiza, with resident DJ's Dr Feelgood and Helen Dickinson.
Rebecca has upcoming gigs at Ibiza Rocks, Café Del Mar and the ADE.
Rebecca has also performed at Australiaʼs first Glitterbox at Home nightClub in Sydney and Azura Beach in Dubai with CN Williams.
She is currently based in Ibiza for the summer and is getting set for her next release on Todd Gardener's label, Certified Organik Records (Bas Loubert Remix). This is a special tune that Rebecca wrote the chorus vocal hook, when she attended the ADE in Amsterdam last October.
