Biografie
With Tessenderlo as his roots, DJ Berre, known as Laurens Bervoets among friends, is now a rising talent in the field of hiphop, trap and anything in between. With his mindstet "All about hiphop, vibes and love", he creates the right flow at the right moment with his no boundaries DJ sets.
Expect a mix of classics, hiphop & RnB, trap and heavy bass music, drenched in a mixture of genres ranging from underground to newschool. Master DJ's such as LeFtO and Faisal are creating the right vibe with such groundlines for years.
After ten years of playing in the scene, the young bloke refines his musical compass by innovating his personal sound. Since five years, DJ Berre also takes a shot on turntablism. Experimenting with scratching and beatjuggling makes his DJ sets stand out. With a few cutsessions together with the DMC World Champs "The Mixfitz" and turntablemurderers
"DJ Swordz", "DJ Cross", "DJ Dysfunkshunal" and "DJ ND", Berre is practicing his skills every day and becomes part of the game!
On the honors list of DJ Berre, there are already several collaborations and events that immediately catch the eye. For example, he played hiphop-sets in the Forty Five in Hasselt. Also across the borders, more specifically in France, he provided dope beats and vibes as a DJ of Flowtrack Surfcamp in Mimizan (2016 & 2017) and Samsung Snowjam in Les Deux Alpes (2014).
Recently, in 2017, he cashed second place and the audience award on the biennial talent contest of Limburg: DJ-Mania. DJ Berre was a proud student of his coach DJ Frederico. One MASSIVE shout out to Frederico for the many tips, tricks and support.
